Return Period

Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.
Return Conditions

The item must be new, unused, with original tags attached and in its original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, swimwear that has been worn or tried on without the hygiene sticker cannot be returned.
Return Process

Please contact us via email or Instagram with your order number and the reason for the return.

Once approved, we will provide you with shipping instructions for returning the item.

Upon receipt and inspection of the item, we will process the refund or send a replacement item.
Shipping Costs

In the case of a defective item or shipping error, return shipping will be covered by us.

In the case of a return due to change of mind or sizing issue, return shipping will be at the customer’s expense.
Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
